An exceptional pair of heels has always been an obsession for most women. Why? Because anyone bold enough can rock them. If the shoes fit, then they fit. Portland has a definite look, which strays away from high fashion. Statement heels are a perfect step in the right direction. Throw them on with jeans or leggings to spice up an everyday outfit. These traffic stopping pumps are anything but boring. I am completely gushing over Valentinos stilettos(below image), I just wish there were more events to wear them to in Portland.
