Theoni V. Aldredge was an incredible costume designer and had a vision beyond most in her field. Known for having a large budget, she was able to create extravagant designs. On January 21st just this year Theoni V. Aldredge passed at age 78. But leaving the world with the reminder of her passed creations. Over the course of her career she created 300 plus costumes for stage and film projects, such as “Ghostbusters,” “Annie,” and even for “The Great Gatsby.” One of the most amazing talents from Theoni was the fact she had such a range of creativity, including designs from the Queen Elizabethan era in the opera house, to the contemporary street fashions of today. Theoni Alderdge will be known for creating the most unforgettable deisgns.
