The wait is over. Gucci has recently confirmed that they will create a cosmetic line with the consumer goods giant, Procter & Gamble. Gucci and P&G have already worked together to create fragrance, including the popular, Guilty. However, the newly inked deal will now encompass skin care products and cosmetics as well.

This expansion into cosmetics by Gucci follows in the wake of other fashion brands that have done the same such as Dior, YSL, Dolce & Gabbana, and Burberry. Fast-fashion brands like H&M and Forever21 have also caught-on to the beauty buzz and now offer beauty products in their stores.
